Important Bluetooth information
Bluetooth is used only to connect the hearing aids to the adjustment app. R03L1 does not stream phone calls, music, television or other audio. If you require direct call and music streaming, the R03L1 will not meet that need.
Rechargeable convenience without disposable batteries
Enjoy more than 15 hours of use from a full charge. When the hearing aids need more power, simply place them inside the portable charging case — the case fully recharges the aids in 2–3 hours.
The case keeps the hearing aids protected between uses and makes recharging convenient at home or while travelling. A USB-C charging cable is included.

This is my second attempt at otc hearing aids. First time around I went with cheaper ones and they worked but I got what I paid for. A lot of loud feedback whistling, no real noise reduction. Often got deafened by loud unexpected noises.
These are affordable easy to operate, good hearing quality. They work perfectly for my type of hearing loss. These I wear all day with no hearing or ear fatigue. Highly recommend.
I've been wearing my R03L1 hearing aids for several days and they are working quite well! so far these hearing aids are much better than my expensive pair. The ease of use , sound quality and charging is wonderful.
Packaged neatly, was expecting the hearing aid to be a lot bigger but they are pretty compact. The sound enhancement is very good, i was able to hear someone from my living room to the kitchen (approx. 10m away) while they were talking with normal voice. Very happy with the product.
Well, I think that I have had these long enough now to give a solid review. The whole process from beginning to end was problem free! They fit comfortably in my ear. My wife says that they are not noticeable. These work awesome! I love the control of the app, the choice of sound environments, and they work! The long-range rechargeable battery eliminates the trouble of frequent battery replacement. I am very happy and satisfied with them.
These hearing aids work out so well for me. I have tried multiple different brands for hearing aids but I always felt a lot of discomfort. After all of these fails I just had to keep on searching. My friend tried recommending this one for me so I went ahead to try it out. These hearing aids have a simple but effective design. Once I had them in, my hearing was just outstanding! It was so clear and I could easily hear what was going on. The volume control with the app is very helpful in case I find it being too much. These hearing aids are very lightweight. I often feel like nothing is in my ear and my hearing had always been that great. These hearing aids have been so helpful. They are so comfortable to wear, have a good design, and allow me to be able to get a clear sound
I know I have to adjust to how to use them but at the moment not happy as when I'm outside I can hear the wind and traffic but not if someone is talking to me if I into a shop I have to take them out if I go in my car different again so it's going to take me awhile to adjust but thanks if I bought them from Specsavers it would of cost me £2500 to £2800 and I'm sure I would have the same problem

The RIC hearing aid is good, but not perfect.
1 Occasionally I hear three pips in one ear, even when I've recently charged them. I have no idea what that signal means!
2 The aids can connect via BlueTooth to my smartphone, where I can adjust some settings.
3 The aids have BlueTooth, but why can't I use that to use other features of my phone? I'd love to use then to answer a phone call, or listed to broadcasts, or listen to music
I think they are very good altogether
Well- packaged and presented product . Worked well but no better than my NHS Photak Bolero after they had been adjusted for me to alter volume ,even without smartphone adjustment being possible hence my return within 30 days trial period

Product arrived with one hearing aid not working, also the plastic in ear bit fell off and got stuck in my ear when i tried to take them out. Getting hold of the company is like trying to draw blood from a stone, impossible.
